The training and professional development of graduates of careers related to Communication and Information, are the subject of continuous tensions and controversies, in times in which these professional environments are characterized by frequent integrations of knowledge and practices. This panel analyzes the different ways of understanding, planning, articulating and building those careers for an increasingly complex, changing and demanding labor market. Similarly, it seeks to find points of contact between the training experiences of different Ibero-American centers. The discussion fosters an unprejudiced approach to the issue and warns about the fundamental challenges of training in these fields.
