Administrative law is the legal science that, within other areas, regulates consumption and consumer protection. These legal norms ensure the legal guarantees aimed at satisfying the needs and interests of the population in the field of service provision. That is why the legal institutions that operate in the service provider and consumer relationship are so important to it, since they identify the type of relationship that is established in terms of the duties and rights of both parties. carry out the administrative management of those interconnected rights with the satisfaction of public needs and interests determines that the public Administration efficiently and effectively carries out its social and economic task towards the development of society. On the other hand, the number of conflicts that they can occur in the aforementioned relationship because the services are dissimilar and also the interests and needs of those who use them. Due to this, the structure of the jurisdiction to attend and solve them is congested with the risks that this has for the adequate consumption relationship and for consumers. In this way, the need to create alternative methods of conflict management that make viable and improve the management of disputes in this area is concluded.
The objective of the work is to link Transparency in administrative management with the protection of consumers and consumption and with the realization of the rule of law as the responsibility of the public administration and, finally, to propose an alternative route for the management and solution of conflicts that occur in this area.
