The changing rhythm, as well as the volatility, uncertainty and competitiveness that characterize markets in today´s society, requires that companies look for tools that allows them to mitigate these features when making decisions about the selection of international markets to carry out their export processes in a more efficient way. Cuba is not unaware of this reality. The enterprises in charge of the foreign trade operations are highly vulnerable to the uncertain conditions of the external market. Due to the country´s demand of promoting exportation expanding markets, it is necessary to have an instrument capable of fighting against uncertainty and subjectivity around the decision making. One of the most innovative tools are OWA operators. In this sense, this research aims to design a procedure for the Potential Markets Selection for the export of Cuban raw sugar based on mathematical tools that help to attenuate these aspects in these processes.
