There is the political willingness, the economic and social structure and the economic feasibility in our country that allows the implementation of the Fluoridation Program of salt for human consumption as a preventive sanitary measure against dental caries. One of the most important aspects for the any successful program is the implementation of an adequate strategy that takes into account the social organization and that all the sectors involved are aware of their functions and committed to the purposes and objectives to be achieved. The strategy that is suggested for the application of the Program is feasible since a consensus was reached among the people that participate in this intervention; there exists the political willingness and the financial frame required as well as the legal provisions for the implementation. The present article showed the strategy of the Flouridation Program of Salt for human consumption and the functions of each of the sectors involved
