The Guiding Program of Health Education is an expression of political will and decision-making that is in charge of the promotion, organization and orientation of the educational process aimed at influencing on knowledge acquisitions, aptitudes and practices related to individual and community health. If these educational actions are developed with adolescents the task is doubly beautiful and humane. The target group was comprised of 250 students, and the sample, the 100% of the target group from January 2006 to November 2007, the research was carried out in three stages: 1-a survey was applied to the totality of the sample about health education and risk factors, 2-the implementation of affective-participative techniques, 3- results were evaluated. Data were taken to figures and tables; chi square test was applied. A great percent of students presented low levels of knowledge before the educational intervention and after its application students achieved an increase level of knowledge; demonstrating the effectiveness of the Educational Program.
