Case presentation: clinical and epidemiological behavior of three leprosy cases over 45 years, of both genders, signs, symptoms and diagnostic laboratory evidence of the disease are stated. Conclusions: the presented cases had late diagnosis of leprosy with grade 2 of disability, once diagnosed the established treatment was applied, with satisfactory clinical evolution.
