Nowadays, obligations, tensions and increasingly demanding requirements in the workplace mean that people need to learn to adapt quickly and constantly, Health Education must attend to the changes and new needs to which people are subjected in the workplace, through strategies and techniques for coping with stressors at the individual or organizational level. The teaching of occupational safety and health plays an essential role in the training of future professionals and the difficulties in this process have been noted.
