RONQUILLO RIERA, Orlando Ivan; PAUCAR PAUCAR, Cesar Elías y AGUIRRE MORAN, Erika Denisse. Methodological activities in comparative law in the legal treatment of occupational accidents in Argentina and Ecuador. Conrado [online]. 2022, vol.18, n.89, pp. 463-470. Epub 30-Dic-2022. ISSN 1990-8644.
Several considerations and studies have been carried out on occupational accidents. The generation of knowledge and competences in future law professionals on this subject is essential. The purpose of this work is to determine the effectiveness of the combination of comparative law with different methodological activities in the appropriation of knowledge and generation of competences in law students. For this purpose, four groups of law students were selected and assigned a methodological activity that was combined with the use of comparative law on the legal treatment of work accidents in Ecuador and Argentina. It was observed that the use of the audiovisual technique and the lecture technique obtained very favorable results. The use of the audiovisual technique achieved higher average results in terms of the generation of knowledge and of the competencies evaluated with respect to the other techniques. It was also observed that the use of documentary review and review of work texts obtained a lower average in terms of the generation of competencies. It is estimated that the results achieved may vary if a different combination is made with other techniques and under other conditions.
