The emancipation of young people is a social process that he/she understands the multiple dimensions of the transition toward the mature life. With the step of the time, and as the social inequalities have gone in increase, the itineraries that take to the full autonomy of people have fragmented, they have lost their lineal character and they have expanded in the time without having a fixed and definitive goal. The objective is to carry out an evaluation of the process of juvenile emancipation in the Ecuador, from a perspective of some pedagogic categories. For he/she was carried out it a study using statistical descriptive through interviews to young, as well as the method of decision multicriterio AHP Saaty. They were studied different technical and investigation methods like theoretical methods, as well as the interviews and the surveys. They were obtained as conclusions that are not emancipated more than 62% of the youths and the used emancipation types are the emancipations for marriage and for age majority.
