The research work is based on the repercussions produced by the covid-19 pandemic which affected the whole world, changing the habitual development of the educational activities at the same time. Unidad Educativa Aguirre Abad was selected as research context. In this research work, the methodology of research established is the quali-quantitative modality, where through technics and instruments such as the observation checklist, questionnaires with the closed and open-ended questions for surveys and interviews, it is possible to identify real and specific aspects experienced by the students. This research concluded with a clear dissatisfaction of students and teachers.
