The application of the process approach has allowed companies to achieve success in achieving their goals, the transition from the functional to the process approach has contributed to customer satisfaction and obtaining the added value that organizations need, For its part, the sugar sector is called to restructure, strengthening the agro-industrial company and the sugarcane productive base. The manufacturing process of chains and sugarcane is diagnosed, in the Havana Base Business Unit, which belongs to the company ZETI, dedicated to the technical assistance of the AZCUBA Sugar Group. The diagnosis made allows to establish the areas of improvement in the process under study, in obtaining inputs, planning activity, storage, coding and quality of inputs, productive activity and measurement of customer satisfaction The client, which contributes to its effectiveness. The processes have been achieving an increasingly preponderant role within the current management systems and very specifically in those of quality, for the possibilities that this approach offers for the improvement of the organization.
