The present article has the purpose the objective of incentivizing the educational formation based on the Ecuadorian social project, the constitution of the Republic, the National Plan of the Good one to Live that declares in its articulate ones the faculty's permanent formation to face the processes of changes that it demands the institution, in a same way the moral formation is analyzed that it demands today's world, the world organizations and the challenge that have the societies to face the antivalores that have spread for the planet, and the education is called to contribute with that call it is for it that intends in this article some possible solutions that it can palliate the problem, and that with the time the actions valorativas and morals are a permanent process in the education entities, and the educational ones feel committed with this call that makes the humanity.
