The Metropolitan University of Ecuador, declared inclusive University from its own normative, has been developing the process which makes possible it's staff preparation and it's action towards good practices of inclusion and equity. In this paper, based on the current state of development and the obtained results, it is focussed the perfectioning need of preparation for the academic cloister and all the staff in order to attend in a more direct way the special learning needs of our students, psychosocial counseling activities and the academic tutorship that must be performed, achieving for each case to establish according the characteristics and needs, the curricular adaptation for their studies.
