Resumen

CRESPO, Fabián; BINSTEIN, Javier; QUINTANA, Marcos  y  TRAININI, Jorge. Cirugía sin circulación extracorpórea: Cambios hemodinámicos y tolerancia. Rev Cubana Cir [online]. 2003, vol.42, n.2, pp. 0-0. ISSN 1561-2945.

The hemodynamic changes observed in 30 patients that underwent myocardial revascularization surgery without extracorporeal circulation were analyzed. The parameters measured by esophageal doppler were the following: heart rate, mean arterial pressure, heart output, peripheral resistance, systolic volume and central venous pressure. The controls were carried out during the dissection of the mammary artery (basal), during the performance of anastomosis and 5 minutes after the removal of the immobilizer (final) The Octupus was used as an epicardiac stabilizer. Heart rate increased during the anastomosis of the DA, CX and DP arteries. The mean arterial pressure decreased significantly during the anastomosis of CX. The systolic volume was reduced during the anastomosis of DA and CX. The values of the central venous pressure rose during the anastomosis of CX and DP. In most of the cases, the hemodynamic changes that occured in surgery without extracorporeal circulation could be corrected and they did not hinder the application of this technique
