In this work the process of professional training of the health technologist is theoretically exposed, with emphasis in the historical tendencies and the scientific training. The noseological characteristics, which from the psychological point of view determine the investigation process in the classroom and the teaching-assisting centers as fundamental scenarios where the training components are integrated, are also shown. The implementation of these theoretical budgets led to elaborate this didactic pattern and the pedagogical strategy of the scientific training for the health technology students
