An intervention strategy was carried out to elevate the knowledge level on sexuality in 15 health promoters students, belonging to " Espìno Fernández" Urban High School in Santiago de Cuba, from October, 2014 to February, 2015. Six groupal sessions were developed, where the qualitative methodology and the participative investigation-action method were used. This strategy allowed the adolescents to develop their knowledge on the topic and to understand that people with a healthy sexuality have a higher emotional balance, they are more stable and more productive
