The present work is approached the relationship between the aging process and the Social Security, in particular on the transformations of the systems of pensions to protect the workers with a bigger sufficiency of the benefits. Emphasis is made in the Complementary Fund of Pensions (CFP) and its particularities in the international land. Also, it is meditated about the potentialities of Cuba for the creation of the CFP starting from the process of transformation of the Pattern of Economic Administration in the country, remarking the advantages and limitations of this process in the current moments.
