The use of norms and other normalizing documents constitutes a professional imperative for the development of any working activity in a modern society. The services offered by the Information Center of the Normalization Research Institute, the University Publishing House, and the Cubaindustria Group of the DISAIC Informational Consultancy are exposed. It is explained, step by step, the use of the electronic version for the International Norms Classifier. The cooperation agreements established between the Normalization Research Institute and other information management organizations are related and the procedures to have access to their collections are described in detail.
