An educational intervention was performed in 20 persons of the "24 de Febrero" Older Adult University , belonging to "José Martí Pérez" city district of Santiago de Cuba, from October 2008 to March 2009, to modify some knowledge of violence in this population, for which a program of activities was designed in 8 working sessions. The educational actions were very effective as it was possible to increase the level of knowledge of the topic in all persons of the series.
