This article is about a solution to an existent problem in respect of integration of knowledge that begins in the transference of technologies from universities to entrepreneurial sector like factors of vital importance in order to be successful and efficient the transference of knowledge. The investigation is held in a study of transactional descriptive type in which it is exposed the importance and the need of getting the integration of different knowledge that it is originated of the transference of knowledge. It is established different technical constructions regarding the variable integration of knowledge, capacity of learning, capacity of absorption, and different elements of the steps of knowledge. Finally, it also offer the model and the procedure to contribute to the solution this problem as from its materialization in implementing in the selected object of study.
