The starting point is the diagnosis to the Family Attention System (SAF) carried out by indication of the Government Inspection and Control group and the Provincial Prosecutor's Office. This work provides information to organizations regarding the problems and needs associated with SAF for subsequent decision-making, in addition to making a proposal of alternatives that aspire to a level of shared responsibility and co-determination of participation.

The research was developed in the 12 SAFs belonging to Boyeros. 1221 assisted people were interviewed. The general objective is to analyze the diagnostic experience of the SAF in Boyeros from Community Psychology. This was done from the interpretation of the results, from the questionnaire applied in the diagnosis and documentary analyses of the general reports of each municipality and of the interviews applied to municipal coordinators of the task.

The conclusions are aimed at responding to each specific objective. The physical or organic needs are noted as the most demanding, mainly oriented to food; In addition, there are economic needs, needs for protection and social assistance and socialization. It is confirmed that the SAF service, being an action project already prepared by the state as a social policy, is at a mobilizing and consumption level of participation. Respondents acknowledge their problems, but they do not identify possible alternatives for their solution. The proposals are prepared that can contribute to meeting the needs identified from different levels of participation. The proposals are presented for each of the instances that have the responsibility of the SAF, the Gastronomy and Commerce Company and the municipal Labor and Social Security Direction.
