Solving problems in General Chemistry subject is a skill very important in the comprehension and interpretation of agricultural nature content. However,it consists of an element that produces a high degree of difficulty in the students, due to the lack of strategies and concrete procedures to follow, according to the application of pedagogical teststo students and surveys to teachers. In the article,it is made an analysis of the followed treatment to this knowledge component in Chemistry teaching at different levels and it has as objective to determine a collection of actions to solve chemical problems with calculations in a logical, creative and precise way. By means of heuristic procedures,the students of the degree course will develop the logical and creative reasoning and thus will get goods academics results.
