The work focuses on the experiences of the University of Cienfuegos and the Provincial Center of Cultural Heritage in the training in Integral Management of Cultural Heritage and its relationship with museology for its importance nowadays, for the understanding of the management of museums as an essential key actor in the local development of people, for their value in the study of symbols, meanings, and narratives to understand the practices and actions of wealth management to train professionals with both governmental and decision-making competences that intervene in the functional (planning, organization and control of business activities), which allows to have a coherent impact on the projection and implementation of heritage management in an area declared Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Its objective is to discuss the theoretical and methodological experiences that emerged from the systematization workshops developed as part of the National Project "Training in integral management of the Historical Cultural Heritage for social actors and articulators of local development attached to the National Program of Cuban Identity to understand categories and necessary concepts in the transformation of current performance from a new management vision.
