The present investigation is centered in the description of the environmental problems that possesses in its interior the fishing community Castillo de Jagua of the city of Cienfuegos, recognizing the necessity to develop a plan of stocks that contributes to the Environmental Education from the focus of the Methodology of the Community Self-Development, being designed for the first time in this community. It is conferred singular importance to the investigation when offering theoretical - methodological tools that allow minimizing the damages caused by their residents.
