In the logistics management of any business organization is a very important allocation of material resources, both for its dynamic approach to the internal processes of the company, as the pursuit of customer satisfaction, enabling the fulfillment of their goals efficiently and effectively. In this context, effective results use with models of Material's Requirements Planning (MRP) which allow to plan and control the demands for materials and production capacities in companies, conjugating with delivery dates of orders, so is a tool proven effective, especially in the conditions of the Cuban economy. The present work has as objective to apply a MRP model in manufacturing drugs in the Company Laboratories Oriente in Santiago de Cuba, based on a theoretical and practical analysis for application of MRP tool using the software WinQSB.
