DE LA CANTERA PEREZ, Ada de Jesús; ZALDIVAR VEGA, Estrella e CORDERO MARTINEZ, Gustavo. Designing and programming a linguodidactic electronic trainer for distance teaching of Russian language. RP [online]. 2021, vol.9, n.3, pp. 406-419. Epub 22-Fev-2022. ISSN 2308-3042.
Technological innovation is one of the current global challenges in foreign language teaching to achieve effectiveness, enhance the quality of the processes and stimulate academic thinking. However, the creation of Cuban technological tools has been lagged behind in solving the absence of bibliography in Russian language and the problems derived from the distance teaching of foreign languages. Such circumstances make it difficult to practice contents, develop skills and evaluate them. Consequently, at the Language Center of the Technological University of Havana a research project was carried out in order to create a software called Zariat, a Linguodidactic electronic trainer (LDET) multimedia. This paper presents the accumulated experience in the conception design stage of this LDET, as a didactic solution that provides greater autonomy to the student to practice contents and skills on the distance learning of the Russian language. Zariat, takes a special significance on the distancing imposed by COVID-19 or any other similar situations for which the Language Center must be prepared.
Its pedagogic and didactic conception in terms of visuality and structure is presented, as well as elements of its technological conformation. It’s considered that this multimedia, still in design and programing stage, could constitute a teaching media that brings self-echo-organization to the student, upgrading the quality and promoting motivation on the teaching-learning process of the Russian Language.
