Objective:
This paper aims at describing a professional training program devise to improve senior high school teachers in guiding the families of students with behavior problems aggressiveness).
Methods:
The author relies on theoretical methods for constructing a framework and modeling a professional training program. Collected data is presented using per cents.
Result:
The main finding is a professional training program devise to improve senior high school teachers in guiding the families of students with behavior problems aggressiveness).
Conclusions:
Professional improvement is a training process, whose fundamental purpose is to contribute to permanent education, systematic updating, improvement of the performance of professional and academic activities, as well as the enrichment of the cultural heritage of teachers. The analysis of documents, the study of the theoretical-methodological foundations that support the training of second cycle secondary school teachers and the results of an initial diagnosis, identified the deficiencies in the orientation of the families of students with behavioral problems (aggressiveness) allowed to devise of a training that is based on a model of the same name aimed at solving the shortcomings in this regard.
