The present article is characterized by being reflexive and in it an analysis of the legal regulation of the non-agricultural cooperative bodies in Cuba is carried out and arguments are presented which, in the opinion of the author, should be taken into account in a future reform of the cooperative legislation in Cuba. The legislation that orders the constitution, the functioning, of the aforementioned cooperatives must be revised in the face of a future reform, since, its design is far from the main trends established in the laws of foreign cooperatives. It establishes an organ system that is close to the system that traditionally in Cuba has characterized the management bodies of the state sector.
