The present work results from the Community Project for the revitalization of cultural values, protection of the environment and the improvement of housing in the community «El Avioncito», semi-urban and in a state of precariousness. It is aimed at meeting needs and strengthening the potential of the community in solving their own problems, with the involvement of different local actors. The partial results of a field work that has been carried out based on a diagnosis with the leading participation of the resident population are shown. The diagnosis was based on indicators and the main characteristics of the current state of the community. From the diagnosis we were able to identify the main problems and establish an order of priority of the actions to be developed.
