Training process of human resource in Community Integral Medicine was characterized from the new paradigm of Barrio Adentro University in Trujillo State during scholastic period 2005-2006. Sample included 557 students registered in career. Variable analyzed were age, sex, scholastic background, teaching nuclei, professors by municipality to assume process and results obtained in examination per subject. Mean age was from 16 to 25 years, and 79,71 % were females. They came from high school (28,18 %), and municipalities with higher teaching nuclei were Balear and Pampán, with a distribution perspective of professor and students. There was a greater promotion in Morphophysiology I. Results are expressed in tables, and were processed by means of percentage statistical method.
