Resumo

Objective: to make a proposal of an organizational system for the implementation of the program of Health Technology Licentiate in the profile of Optometry and Optics, giving an answer to the need of the massive training of the health cooperators linked with this specialty in the Mission Into the Neighbourhood in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, where they are distributed in 459 points in the 24 states of the countries. Development: a bibliographical review on the topic was made. The setting where the training activity will take place was characterized by interviewing experts and by using an observation guide. The teaching figures responsible for the conduction of the program were defined and the main functions to be developed, as well as their interrelations during the formative process, were identified. Tutors, professors and teaching activists were proposed as teaching figures, supported by the structure of the Cuban brigade in the Mission Into the Neighbourhood program and by the active participation of the youth leaders in every territory.      Conclusions: an organizational system proposal was made and the teaching figures guaranteeing the process were identified
