This work is the result of an investigation about collective actions of social support to women victims of gender-based violence during covid-19 pandemic in the city of Guayaquil, Ecuador. The investigation has a no experimental design, with a qualitative focus and descriptive analysis. Semi-structured interview was the instrument. The target is no probabilistic and intentional, we selected five representative of organizations that worked with collective actions of social support with women victims of gender-based violence. The results that show the relationships between laws and management done by the government are not effective in terms of gender-based violence being the local government and private organization that continued working to support women in situation of gender-based violence with donations, workshops, and entrepreneurships.
