Socially responsible citizenship implies that the individual knows and applies the main values such as responsibility, honesty, tolerance, education, transparency, respect, solidarity, commitment, etc., to improve society, which allows the coexistence of human beings and that they achieve be better people. Research affirms that socially responsible citizenship is the group of people who share the same culture, with a responsible attitude, to build a state of democracy reinforced by education and cultural media. The research aimed to explain the manifestation of social responsibility of the Interquorum Junin Network. A cross-sectional descriptive research was carried out, which assumed the Network as a non-profit association, with political or religious affiliation, as a meeting space for young people to train as citizens with proposals for transparent, sustainable and democratic management. It was concluded that the Network manifests itself in the development of empowerment with democratic values for the exercise of citizenship as part of its social responsibility.
