In this work shows up the development of a procedure of generation and evaluation of the Economic Value Added which supposes that a company will have success, if and when economic value in the same is generated. The procedure is able to generate feasible solutions to entrepreneurial problems helping of the monitoring of the indicators of performance and the diagnosis of the level of integration of the Company Directing System. The investigation was developed with the objective of perfecting it for the sake of its good exploitation in the future and applying it in the Escambray Commercial Company, which lacks an instrument of measurement of the efficiency of the change projects and evaluation of the EVE like product of the management.
