Case of a patient presenting with uncommon association of Sjögren syndrome and colon neoplasia. A search in some databases was performed, but only we found a prior report related to the same syndrome complex. Ophthalmologic findings are showed as well as the different clinical procedures performed aimed to diagnosis of patient affection by means of analysis of his medical record.
