The article presents a methodology for the teaching-learning process of environmental contents in the subject Biology in the Republic of Angola. The methodology presented consists of for guiding principles related to environmental education, from them, interdisciplinary cognitive nodes, criteria, premises and the method to select and use the environmental contents are defined. As a result these contents are selected and essential connections are established among the dynamic components of the teaching-learning process of Biology for the use of these contents. The procedural dimension includes the actions and activities of the professor and of the students for the teaching-learning process of the environmental contents and the levels of mastery of the aforementioned contents. By means of a mixed research approach, the methodology was validated through a pre-experiment in an intentional sample of 100 students of the 7th grade.
