With the investments in new technologies of mechanization of the rice production in Cuba, it becomes necessary to upgrade the organizational system of technical attendance. This study is aimed to determine the factors that cause problems in the Integrated Unit of Technical Services of the Agroindustrial Grain Company Los Palacios and to propose the solutions to meet the needs in services of mechanization, during the process of the production of rice, according to the plans foreseen for the period 2011-2016. The obtained results ensure the appropriate planning of rice production and the determination of the needs of machinery services under a scientific-methodological basis.
