The case of a 56-year-old patient who underwent a kidney transplant from a living donor at the National Nephrology Institute, Cuba, and at the 4 ½ months was diagnosed a Kaposi's sarcoma, was clinically presented. His evolution was not favorable, since he did not answer to the therapeutical measures prescribed that included the reduction of immunosuppression and radiotherapy. The tumoral process spreaded over the whole body and it metastasized to the stomach. The characteristic lesions of this tumoral process were presented.
