To face the relation between educational innovation and university social responsibility in terms of sustainable comprehensive development, besides being a theoretical and procedure's challenge, it is an undeletable demand of the contemporary university. Such is precisely the guiding threat of the present work, in which, besides making a reflection on the aforesaid relation, several ways and procedures will be provided for its effective projection in the university context, as from the perspectives of the assumption of the common good as a development paradigm.
