In this paper, the results obtained in the project «Pedagogical Model Appropriate to the 21 st Century Needs for Professionals to Be Trained at the University of Artemisa» are presented, which was aimed at examining theories on, and rules of how to train university professionals. Such theoretical and empirical methods of research as historical-logical, analytic-synthetic, and inductive-deductive methods were used, and literature was reviewed. This project is of importance because it is a response to the real conditions of 21 st century society.
