A new macrochromatographic technique was assayed in carboxymethylcellulose and damperer iminazole-HCL-KCN-NaCL at 6,7 pH. This technique es reliable and exact for A₂ hemoglobin separation and quantization in individuals carrier of AC hemoglobin, C Beta-thalasseamia, AS hemoglobin, and SC hemoglobin, whick, in many cases es of clinical interest. Also, a variant of A₂ hemoglobin was detected in a pregnant woman carrier of AC hemoglobin, and a Beta-thalassemic gen in Cis with the gen for C hemoglobin.
