The genera Trichromothrips, Salpingothrips and Elixothrips are reported for the first time in Cuba on plantain variety CEMSA, the legume Calopogonium caerulum Hemsl and on leaves of young plants of Roystonea regia (H.B.K) O.F. Cook respectively, in the locality of San Antonio de las Vegas, Havana Province.
