A girl with congenital absence isolated from premaxila, is presented. She was assisted in the multidisciplinary consultation of facial congenital defects of "Eduardo Agramonte Piña". Provincial pediatric Hospital. It is an unfrequent phenomenum, not prevailed described in the literature reviewed since some authors report it associated to facial clift. In the case presentation, an radiological assessment is performed.
