Pregnancy is a sublime moment in the life of a women’s this moment is accompanied by a series of physiological and psychical changes which make them special patients, them the promotion of oral health during this period is particularly important. A research of descriptive type in health services was performed with the objective of determining educative needs, this allowed us to get a level of information about oral health in relation to pregnancy in the fifty -five pregnant admitted at the Mothers Home s of Camagüey municipality from abril 2001 to octuber 2002. Main problems of oral health associated to pregnancy present in this group were identified, periodontal disease prevailed with a70, 9, followed by dental caries with a 40 %.
