It was carried out an observational, descriptive, and traverse study on payees of Migraine, which went to the consultation of Natural and Traditional Medicine (NTM) of the Policlinic Mantilla with the objective of showing the studied population's clinical evolution, when applying digitopunture during the first semester of the year 2008. The universe included 120 patients to those that were identified them the initially or aggravating factors of the pain, being pointed out the general characteristics of the same one. The variables were analyzed, sex, age, characteristic of the pain, as well as the clinical evolution. 72.5 % corresponded to the feminine sex and 27.5 % to the masculine sex, the studied population's 38.3 % arrived with intense pain and when concluding the treatment; 65 % didn't present any pain.
