The present investigation was done by a diagnosis study to the motivation inside the process of teaching-learning of the subject Appreciation of the Arts in the career of Licentiate in Primary Teacher. The purpose of the present consists on the creation of a group of technical participative to elevate the motivation of the students taking like base the manifestations of the plastic one in the territory of Sagua de Tánamo. The methodology used is based in the dialectical materialism and the paradigm that it prevails it is the quantitative one; the methodological triangulation is used and of sources to assure the truthfulness of the data.
