The methodology is an official of the Ministry of Education, in charge of the address of the pedagogic process from the educational institutions to its position, according to the particularities of the school context and the normative ones that promote its performance. In such a sense, their preparation constitutes a necessity, as long as it is necessary to favor in him a way of consequent professional performance with the systematic incorporation of knowledge, abilities and values that allow them to face the social demands and of the improvement of the National System of Education in the education preuniversitaria. Some limitations have been detected and for that reason, they intend actions that guarantee this purpose.
