The necessity of transfer high heat flux had led to researchers and designers to use the change of phase in order to get this objective. In this work was made a review in more of seventy sources of information dating since 90´s up to the present, where were revealed the main parameters that characterize the boiling process in minichanels-microchannels. It deals with terms mini-microchannels, flow boiling and flow pattern map. Also, it is presented a summary of equations used for calculate the two-phase heat transfer coefficient.
