The objective of the work was to design a proposal for the conversion of the Diversified Family Estate El Mango, belonging to the CCS Strengthened Jorge Alfonso Delgado in Cienfuegos, in agricultural teaching unit. It has an area of ​​13.42 ha. And is dedicated to the diversified production of crops, fruit trees, forestry and animals. A diagnosis of its functionality was making during the months of January and March of 2015 and the sources of information were the observation, interviews and the application of surveys. It was determined that the agricultural areas maintain favorable conditions for the implementation of agroecological practices and the use of land to which it is dedicated fundamentally, there is an increase of the biodiversity in vegetal species such as animals, commercialized the productions of milk, rabbit meat, ovine And goats, pigs, fresh milk, as well as crops of various crops and fruit. In addition, the sub - programs of Sub - urban Agriculture are implementing. Each indicator of the diagnosis was relating to the conditions that are required for the creation of a teaching unit and thus the designed proposal was established that is established as a working procedure.
