This article analyzes the use of the podcast in a pandemic, as a tool for teaching and learning in high school, from a constructivist perspective. The general objective was rooted in the analysis of the podcast as a tool that favors the construction of knowledge at the Baccalaureate level, taking as a reference the area of ​​social sciences, especially the subjects of Notions of Law and Society, Economy and Politics of current Mexico, favoring significant learning. In the first place, it will give a context of the general panorama of education in the pandemic, then the background of the podcast will be addressed and it will be analyzed from a constructivist perspective in order to give proposals for its implementation.
